Baidoa - Heavily-armed Islamist rebels have attacked the presidential palace in the Somali government's headquarters, killing four soldiers, Reuters has reported.

The URA has sacked all its 60 tax investigators in order to form a new Department under a supposed restructuring exercise by the Authority.  The sacked employees have been given an option to re apply under the new Dept and, but the jobs are also available to other URA 1800 employees of the URA.
