How to remove broken filament from the extruder?
1. Gently pinch and remove the extruder cover.
2. With one hand, press the gray ring on the metal connector; with the other hand, pull out the Bowden tube at the same time.
3. Squeeze the orange handle on the extruder upward and pull out the filament from the extruder-end of the tube.
4. Confirm your phone is connected to the printer. Go to the device page, tap "Settings", then tap "Preheat" to enter the preheat page.
5. Tap the temperature display and set the target temperature — 240°C or above is recommended. Tap "Heat Up".
6. Wait for the nozzle to reach the target temperature, then pull the tube-end filament outward through the print head.
7. Insert the empty tube into the metal connector opening and press it back into the extruder.
8. Reinstall the extruder cover.
