How to load filament when it won't load properly?
First confirm there is no residual filament in the Bowden tube. If there is, refer to Section 4.2 Filament Breakage. If you still cannot load filament, follow these steps.
1. Gently pinch and remove the extruder cover. Squeeze the orange handle upward and feed the filament in — if it gets stuck at the extruder gear and cannot enter the tube, proceed to the next step.
2. Pull the filament out and cut the tip at an angle with plier.
3. Straighten the bent tip of the filament, then squeeze the orange handle upward and re-insert the filament.
4. If the filament still does not enter the tube smoothly, repeat steps 2 and 3 until it does.
