How to remove broken filament from the Bowden tube?

1. Squeeze the orange handle on the extruder upward and pull the filament downward to remove it.

2. Turn off the printer. Clear the print plate or remove it.

3. Press the nozzle downward to lower its position.

4. Pull out the blue spacer on the print head — be careful not to lose it.

5. With one hand, firmly press the black ring on the print head; with the other hand, pull the Bowden tube upward simultaneously, threading it out through the opening at the top of the machine.

6. Confirm your phone is connected to the printer. Go to the device page, tap "Settings", then tap "Preheat" to enter the preheat page.

7. Tap the temperature display and set the target temperature — 240°C or above is recommended. Tap "Heat Up".

8. Wait for the nozzle to reach the target temperature, then pull the residual filament upward out of the print head.

9. Align the empty Bowden tube with the black ring connector on the print head and press it back in.

10. Reinstall the blue spacer onto the print head.
