The interface keeps freezing, network setup fails, or errors occur frequently.

If the network setup cannot proceed, follow these steps to reconfigure.

1. Turn the printer off and back on, and terminate the app's background process.

2. Scan the unboxing video QR code in the user manual and follow the video steps to redo the network setup.
