UGANDAN rebels hacked 12 people to death and kidnapped 40 in a village in the DRC. This happens at the end of the multi national force comprising of Ugandan, South Sudanese and Congolese troops in an offensive against the LRA for the last 3 months.
Kinshasa - Uganda has started withdrawing its troops on Sunday from north-east Democratic Republic of Congo, where they are deployed to hunt Lord's Resistance Army rebels, the Congolese defence minister said.
