Rose Kabuye, the director general of state protocol, was arrested at Frankfurt airport on Sunday by German police acting on an international warrant issued by France in 2006 for her and eight other Kagame associates.

Martin Majut Yak, the director of presidential affairs in the South Sudan government, and on a visit to Uganda said his government had the capacity to “finish off” the LRA in seven days.

He said their decision has provided the Movement government enough time to build a multifaceted army capable of dealing with the defence challenges of the country.
