KCC to reprimand disorderly taxis.

Kampala City Council has threatened All drivers and owners of taxis operating in the city center and who park in front of shops to the annoyance of shopkeepers are to be reprimanded and have their taxis impounded due to improper and disorderly parking. This comes after city traders complained of low customer turn up, losses and congestion that the taxis cause.

Phandu Skelemani said the outbreak of cholera in Zimbabwe showed more pressure should be put on fellow members of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to stop propping up Mugabe's administration.
