Rebel leader Kony fails to turn up at peace deal signing
Kampala - Rebel leader Joseph Kony failed to turn up on Saturday to sign an overdue peace agreement with Kampala aimed at ending Uganda's two-decade-long civil war in the north, an official said.

155 dead and rising as Mumbai comes to terms with terror
Mumbai - Up to 155 people have been killed and 327 others have been wounded in a series of coordinated attacks by Islamic militants in Mumbai, Indian media reported early on Saturday. Some 51 hours after Islamist gunmen attacked the city, the NDTV news channel said on its website that 154 were dead and 327 injured. The CNN-IBN channel put the toll at 155 dead and also said 327 were wounded.
