| LRA rebels kidnap more than 200 congolese civilians |
 The LRA, led by Joseph Kony have kidnaspped more than 200 congolese civilians about 200km from the border with the Central African Republic. Radio Okapi has reported in northern Congo.
“According to the nurse in charge of the health centre, the rebels
retreated with more than 200 persons after a response by a soldier of
FARDC (the Congolese army), but returned a few hours later to occupy
the village,” the radio reported on Saturday.It apears like the LRA have regrouped and back at its old ways, kidnapping, kiling and looting.                |
